In this complex and, sometimes, alienating world, "Benedict's Place" offers you an opportunity to meet people and, if you wish, take part in practical and enriching creative projects.

"Benedict's Place" is open every Monday and welcomes all 18-35 year old men who are maybe looking for something different, some purpose and maybe hope for a brighter outlook

We can take these 4 human rights for granted but often one or more can be missing from a young person's life

"Benedict's Place" is a self-help community initiative where we believe in these rights and want to do a little bit to help achieve them.

Where is "Benedict's Place"?

"Benedict's Place" is located in Fabrica, 10-105 Lynchford, Road, Farnborough, GU14 6ET(Fabrica is a furniture upcycling social enterprise with a long history of community and charitable benefit).
"Benedict's Place" will be open (within Fabrica) every Monday evening (from 18th May 2026) throughout the year (from 4pm to 7.00pm).
We recognise that something new may be intimidating to a young person so you can of course bring a friend or family member along in the first instance.

What is the purpose?
It is an opportunity for any young man between 18-35 who may struggling a little or is looking for some hope or purpose.
By taking part in some hands-on furniture upcycling/restoration, or assisting in the creation of a brand new lansdcaping project (or just having a chat over a coffee), you will be able to learn new skills and share your personality with others whilst really achieving something

It is firmly rooted in the belief that making, growing and being creative is good for the soul.There is no judgement and you can contribute in whatever way suits you.You need no prior experience for the practical activities as it is open to all abilities.
